Return Reason

To find out more about how we can help, please choose the option that best suits you from the three options below.

Should you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item within 30 days of delivery, please notify us by submitting a ‘RMA’ request below. We are happy to refund most items, providing the product is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.

Please note:

In this event you are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your own cost and risk.

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please notify us by submitting a ‘RMA’ request below. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a prepaid postage label at our expense.

Subject to inspection & confirmation of being faulty, we will offer a full refund including postage costs. The refund will be begin once the original product has been received back to our returns department for assessment and verification of the fault

Items returned to us via our prepaid label will take up to 72 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment.

Please note:

DO NOT return the faulty product (of your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.

If your item develops a fault after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery, please notify us by submitting a ‘RMA’ request below. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery, we will send you a prepaid postage label at our expense.

Subject to inspection confirmation of being faulty the product will be sent to our technicians for repair. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a refund including postage costs. The 12 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase.

Items returned to us via our prepaid label will take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment.

Please note:

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
